Order Cancellation:

At Corvetteinnovationz, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers and offer the following guidelines regarding order cancellations:

  1. Cancellation Time-frame: Customers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation request will be processed.
  2. How to Request a cancellation: To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email, phone, or through the contact form on our website. Please provide your order details, including the order number, customer name, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
  3. Refund Process: If your cancellation request is approved and your payment has been processed, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method. The refund amount will be the total order amount minus any applicable fees or charges.
  4. Communication and Confirmation: Our customer support team will promptly communicate with you regarding the cancellation request, its status, and any further actions required. Please ensure that your contact information provided during the order placement is accurate and up to date.
  5. Store Discretion: If the order has been released for shipment or it has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. These requests are treated the same way regardless of what type of order it is (In Stock, Out of stock, Drop Ship) and are only able to be cancel.

Your order may have not been cancelled for several reasons including:

The warehouse has picked the items for this order and are being packed

The items are packaged and there is a label with tracking number on the box

The order is closed and the package has already shipped

If you're not satisfied with our products or our service, we'll refund your money. Just return any new or unused part within 90 days and we'll refund the purchase price.

Restrictions

The following items cannot be returned, unless there is a Valid Warranty Issue:

  • Any part that shows evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials (i.e. batteries, paint, etc.)
  • Videos, software, or other copyrighted material, after they have been opened
  • Wheels and/or tires, after they have been mounted

Notes

  • When returning an item, please over-box with the original packaging which was used to ship to you.
    • Doing so will help to prevent damage to the manufacturer’s packaging which would then make the item non-resalable and therefore non-returnable.
    • If you have discarded the over-boxing materials, the UPS or FedEx store can help to ensure that your return arrives in resalable condition.
  • All returns are subject to inspection.
  • Items that exceed the time limit or show evidence of use will be charged a Restocking Fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order included any "special offer" or "free parts", they must also be returned or the value may be deducted from your refund.

Initiating a Return

In the event that you would need to return a product, we request that the following information is emailed directly to corvetteinnovationz@gmail.com

  • Your purchase order number
  • Part number(s) you would like to return
  • A brief description of the reason for the return i.e.: item was ordered in error, the item is defective, item was damaged in shipping etc.

 

Refusal/Return to Sender Fees

If a shipment is refused by a recipient, or returned to sender (RTS) due to an address issue, the

associated fees will be deducted from the value of the return credit. The cost of the refusal/RTS fees are determined by the shipping company.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • The stated time starts when we receive your return at one of our facilities. Transit time is NOT included.

  • If required, Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees may be deducted from the amount of your refund.
  • In accordance with state and local laws, sales tax charged on Core Value may be non-refundable.
