Corvette 1997-2004 Supercharger Upgrade Kit - Stage 2 A&A Corvettes
- This kit is designed as a low cost upgrade from earlier A&A and similar systems that utilized the laid down radiator and plastic top shroud.
- This new configuration puts the radiator back into its upright position which aids in both engine cooling and intercooler efficiency. The custom sheet metal enclosure supports the front fascia and captures air from the radiator cavity, forcing it through the radiator and intercooler instead of allowing it to escape.
- The STAGE 2 kit also includes A & A's latest Ram Air intercooler. This intercooler is the most efficient intercooler on the market for the C5 Corvette. At 25" wide, with its integral "Ram Air" scoop, the intercooler rams massive amounts of air through the cooling fins. The scoop is completely sealed and does not allow any air to flow over the edges of the core. Air will always flow over the edges rather than through the core, if given the opportunity.
- The intercooler is also mounted well in front of the radiator so as not to cause any low speed cooling issues. This is a common problem with many other systems.
- The new system also gives the engine compartment a much cleaner look.
- Two of the original 90° hoses and the blowoff valve will also be reused.
- The customer will need to move the skid bar assembly/ radiator support back to its original configuration or replace it with a stock one. The brackets used to modify the skid bar assembly in the original kit may be used to bolt the cross bar back to the factory position.

- Three piece sheet metal enclosure kit with mounting screws
- Air dam mounting bracket kit
- Radiator support spacer kit
- Formed plastic air bridge
- Custom high flow air filter
- Polished aluminum mandrel bent intake duct
- 1/2" crankcase ventilation kit
- Silicone coupler kit: (1) 3 1/2" to 4" dia reducer, (1) 2 3/4" to 3" dia reducer, (1) 3" dia 45°, (3)3 1/2 dia x 3" (1)3 1/2" dia x 4", (1)4" x 3.5" dia" and (1) 6" x 1 1/2" dia
- Clamp kit: (10) 3.75"-4.25" Constant tension clamps
